Students are given this back to back in a clip on badge.\nThey are given when students show expertise with a certain skill. \nThey then become 'peer&' experts to help others with the skill: they are to help others but not to do it for them.\nThis has worked really well in all classes, it has been a good motivator even in the difficult classes. At first I thought that some would be embarassed about using them but this was not the case.
