Fully resourced lesson for exploring the characterisation of Act 2.2 in ‘Sweet Bird of Youth’. The lesson includes a PPT with notes for lesson plan and focuses on key images and quotations, the development of Chance, the way the play is based up Cinderella myth and an exploration of the key theme of identity. There are worksheets, further reading, activities and detailed notes throughout.
Originally planned for an Cambridge International AS group, this could easily be adapted for other syllabuses and age groups.
