THE COMPLETE EDUQAS GCSE COMPONENT 1 REVISION LUNCH PROGRAMME

2021 COMPONENT 1, SEC A AND B: My students asked if I could create an ‘All killer, no filler’ revision session that could be delivered over a lunch, weekly, in the build-up to the exam. Each power point condenses the ‘must know’ elements of each Component 1 text.

IMPORTANT: I operated a reward card scheme where I stamped students card like a coffee reward scheme. If they attended a certain number of sessions, the education prizes increased e.g. exemplar essays or resource sheets. It worked as really good incentive to get students along to most/all sessions.

NOTE: I am following EDUQAS Teaching Model 1 in my teaching/ SOW and my school is only providing Media Studies at GCSEl, as a three-year Course. Moreover, some of the tasks in lesson and for H/W are dependent upon owning the EDUQAS GCSE Revision Guide.
