This presentation designed for potential use as a no preparation challenging starter or a plenary activity in KS3/4/5 History. There is also the potential to be used as an activity during a registration/tutorial period.
The presentation contains 10 challenges and 25 slides with hyperlinks embedded throughout to facilitate navigation through the activities. In each challenge students are presented with 4 significant figures from History and tasked, with discussion and/or research, to identify the “common factor or link” that all 4 share.
For maximum effect this should be used on an interactive board or large screen display.
