“How did the One Child policy impact China’s population?”
It starts with a general quiz about China then a video about the one child policy which includes questions. Watch the video and then pause at 1.16 and play later on the in the lesson to check pupils understanding of the One child policy. It then goes onto the impacts of the policy and pupils are to decide if they are social, economic and environmental, and the challenge at the end is to write a paragraph saying what is the most important impact and the next most important impact and explain why.
