The Most Haunted House in England-A home-learning skills project

This is an interesting and spine-tingling home-learning project that provides an insight into Borley Rectory, reputedly the most haunted house in England. With photographs, eye-witness accounts, different sources and extension activities focusing on the strange events, it’s mainly a practice for language paper 2 which students can work on at home. As well as developing summary skills, reading for information skills and comparative writing, the tasks are supported offering scaffolded help for those studying independently.
