The Tempest! A series of KS3 lessons introducing Shakespeare and covering the characters / plot

The Tempest! A series of KS3 lessons introducing Shakespeare and covering the characters / plot. Students create a CV for Shakespeare using information on the slides. Students then predict the plot for The Tempest, select actors for the characters and organise the elements of the story. They then read Act 1 and complete tasks that introduce them to Shakespeare’s writing. The only resource needed is the text for Act 1 as the slides can be copied. An additional story writing task is included that uses a picture and The Tempest as inspiration.
