I appreciate the resource and it will be of some value but I was hoping for a full set of notes on Chuex Pastries and this was not it. It felt incomplete. It asked students to discuss the functions of all of the ingredients in a Chuex Pastry without any follow-up notes explaining the functions of each ingredient. I guess I was just hoping for more.
