Nothing for the first two chapters. I am introducing this to my class this week. Very disappointing! TES should give a better preview of what we are paying for!
There aren't questions for 'each chapter'. For instance, chapter 1 and 2 are missing. For a lot of chapters, you've only stated one or two questions.
