This lesson is designed to last for 1 hour and is resourced with videos, extension questioning, deep thinking and uses graphs/images to aid learning.
This lesson follows the Edexcel KS4 curriculum and looks at the three gorges dam for their case study about how a country has managed their river. Students will first investigate the need for the dam before moving on to advantages and disadvantages and finally forming their own opinion.
This lesson includes a starter, lesson objective, plenary, exam question and various student led activities.
