This lesson focuses on the TOV and what each country wanted from it V the outcomes of the treaty. Students will engage in a group task first of all look at one particular country, then discussing what they want from the Treaty. Students will then move to a different table with other countries. 2 Students represent Britain, France and the USA (6 per group)
They will then compare what each country wanted against the outcomes of the treaty and engage in a silent debate on whether the Treaty of Versailles was fair or too harsh
