A series of resources for charting the percentage change of house prices from 1952 to now. Idea is to construct a graph using the skill and then discuss the changes. Can also use to discuss the recent credit crisis. Video included explains why the crash happened. Excellent video found on youtube but maybe only for able sets.

A nice idea to look at changing house prices in terms of percentage change, and then use this to draw graphs. Lots of skills utilised in doing the task, but may prove very difficult to access the information for any but the high ability. Nevertheless, a practical use of percentage change.
