This is a half term project designed to run simultaneously with a unit on Weather and Climate. Students have to collect data from a school weather station (or alternative) as well as track and make notes of major weather events in their local environment and happening in the news.
After a 5 week data collection period, there is a series of straightforward tasks that need to be completed. The task was designed to be used in Krabi, Thailand but can be adapted for any location with minimal effort.
