Weekly times table test

Thank you. As a starter; A trick I tried with the times tables, ask a child at random, for example, 5 time 6. it it gets it wrong go round the class until the right answer is found, then go back to the children that didn't and ask them again, if they get it wrong again ask them what their classmate said, I found this works. on a on to one, and i did this with my own son who enjoyed it, ask a times question, if they get it wrong tell them the correct answer, ten ask a simple e.g. 2 time 2, they get right and then go back to the one they got wrong, Repeat until they get it right. As a bedtime game; Took just two weeks for my son in year 5 to get all the tables,
