I wish it had been made clear that this was a publisher document before I purchased it. Unable to open it, hence cannot really rate it.

Hello. Thanks for your feedback and your rating. When you click to download the file it does say it is a Publisher document, but I apologise for not making this more explicitly clear in the description for you. I would of course have offered a full refund had this not been a free resource.
