This is a lesson that I have created for a unit titled ‘Impossible places’.
The lesson starts with allowing students to guess what the lesson is about through various clues followed by objectives. The students then locate Las Vegas and outline some of its key features. The lesson is then divided in to two sections, physical and human causes for Las Vegas’ water shortage involving some climate graph work.
