WILD BOY by Rob Lloyd Jones - Whole Class Reading powerpoint UKS2

50 slide powerpoint for the first 6 chapters of Wild Boy - a great novel for whole class reading in Year 5 or 6.
Slides contain all the features of effective whole class reading lessons: recap, vocabulary, comprehension questions. I have also included a question / task for the whole class at the end of each lesson that is designed to look like the SATs style.
I just have this on the interactive whiteboard and follow through it in my WCR lesson as it is all prepared and has everything I need. There are a couple of accompanying worksheets that I am happy to include although I tend to make my lessons reading focused and don’t ask the children to do much recording.
I am intending to add the rest of the slides for the full novel and will share them on here if anybody is interested
