These worksheets were designed to go along with the Power Point presentation in the ‘Lesson on Depression for teens’ pack, which you can find here.
The two page worksheet can also be used on it’s own, to help students think about common misconceptions about depression (the first activity- ‘myth vs reality’ where students circle the realities and cross out the myths!); make a list of ‘good distractions’ that can help to lift depression; and answer key questions about depression.
Included is a colour and grayscale version of the worksheet. These worksheets are perfect for Key Stage 3 PSHE, English or RE lessons. They could also be used as starter activities with Key Stage 4 and 5 students.
