World War One by numbers. A great activity that could coincide with Numeracy Week or Remembrance Day for your History class!

Students must match the numbers with the historical facts. Extension questions will get them really thinking about the significance of the numbers.

This resource is excellent for visual and kinaesthetic learners. Includes teacher instructions, an answer key, a version to photocopy and extension questions. The three pages graphics could even be printed and used for noticeboards and displays. The completed worksheets could be used later as revision flashcards. (Sustainable resources!)

Aligns with Leaving Certificate History/ IGCSE/GCSE History and US High School History.
