World War one theme fiction writing

A four week scheme of work written for Literacy/English lesson with a focus on fiction and incorporating a World War one theme into literacy.

The resource is split into four easy to read folders. Each folder contains the powerpoint for the week, the resources for the week and also the long term skills that are being covered for the week.

The scheme of work is based on a book called Lost Feather, which can be purchased cheaply on websites such as Ebay and Amazon. The scheme was written for year 5/6 and was well received by all children and staff who taught it.
