This is a research activity aimed at low ability key stage 3. The aim is to research World War One poets and produce a fact file but there are other activities too. This is intended as a bridging activity to take us up to the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War and to create a display of the fact files. It would be handy to book into a computer room as there are recommended websites for their research included too. A final homework activity is for the students to research their own families and bring in photographs - they could even do their own presentations. The whole resource is easily adaptable.
