Students to read their printed copies of “Aliens stole my car!” and discuss the features/language techniques in the piece.

Students to use the writing frames to write their own article about their imagined encounter with an alien/sighting of a flying saucer.

Created for Functional Skills levels 1 and 2, but writing skills and focus on language techniques/newspaper layout features applicable to primary and GCSE students where ability level is appropriate.
