Writing exemplification check list for Years 1,2,3,4,5,6 - working towards, meeting and above

Writing exemplification check list with statements created from the National Curriculum and Year 2 and Year 6 exemplification documents. Updated following released Government documents in 2017/2018. Working towards and Above statements have been developed based on the below and above year group. I created these documents because our Year 1,3,4 and 5 teachers were struggling to assess against the new expectations. When they assessed their writing at the end of the year they agreed that the statements met their expectations of the children. We also use this document to help plan our lesson. Our year 6 and year 2 books have been externally moderated with accurate judgments.
