The resources were originally created for high school classes comprised of children with learning difficulties. The resources are made to avoid distraction by using well-spaced text and minimising graphics. The aim is to improve literacy, numeracy, living and social skills by providing engaging, challenging and age-appropriate resources. They cover a wide range of subject areas and year levels and many include ideas for differentiation, lesson plans and extension work.
A handy little resource which offers alternatives to using ‘and then’ and ‘then’ when children are writing. Now includes space for children to add more of their own! Simply print out (now 2 per page makes this even easier) trim and glue into students’ books. Alternatively print and laminate for students’ folders for a lasting resource.
