Welcome to my shop! I am a recent graduate of BSc Physical Geography at the University of Reading and I work full-time in the environmental sector. In the past I have worked as a private mathematics tutor. I aim to provide resources that can be used as a starting point for students in their maths studies, and also offer some geography-related resources at A-Level standard. Please help to support me and leave a review on any resources you use! Thanks :)

This is a short resource designed for Year 3 students to help them practice finding the perimeter of simple 2D shapes. This resource contains PDF and Word versions of the following:

  • A help sheet explaining: how to calculate perimeter, with two worked examples (with all sides given + with some sides missing).
  • An extended question sheet containing questions about all the topics covered in the help sheet, including more complex, challenging questions involving compound shapes.
  • An answer sheet for teacher use or student consolidation

If you use this resource, please help to support me by leaving a review!
Many thanks,
Sam :)
