A 19-slide PowerPoint presentation which starts with a Do Now activity covering German topics covered so far. It then introduces days of the week (via the Very Hungry Caterpillar) and then practises them with a listening exercise. There are then some timetables from other countries and a reading comprehension on the board. It then talks through ordinal numbers (to say "in the first/second/third period), and there’s a multiple choice comprehension quiz (included). It then introduces the basic way of saying the time, with a grid for students to fill in, and some listening practice. It ends with a written exercise asking students to write about 5 items on their timetable.
