This is a booklet containing 23 ten minute tests and related problem-solving activities. It is designed to enable teachers to assess pupils’ prior knowledge in order to inform planning but also to measure progress made during a topic and to identify areas which are still not secure. In addition there are 23 activities which encourage problem-solving, creativity and perseverance.
