Year 3/4 Authors and Letters planning and resources. The unit is aimed at Year 3/4, but is set at a challenging level, so it may be suitable for older children too.

Each lesson plan has every resource needed to teach it:

Lesson 1 & 2) Create a PowerPoint on authors and give it as a presentation.
Lesson 3) Comprehension.
Lesson 4) Punctuation marks.
Lesson 5 & 6) Researching and editing biographies.
Lesson 7) Writing a letter to an author.
Lesson 8) Comprehension.
Lesson 9) Identifying verbs and nouns.
Lesson 10) Writing a book review.

- 2 weeks of plans and resources.
