This is maths planning for my year 3/4 class from autumn 1 last year. It spans 3 weeks, which leaves plenty time in case more time is needed to cover a certain topics again.
It was OFSTED year so all planning is very detailed. Fully differentiated planning with starters, plenaries and targets.
The formative assessments (also known as a “mish-mash” is fully differentiated and editable so suits all needs.
The 4 operations mish-mash and the mental addition and subtraction mish-mash has an extra SEN differentiated worksheet.
