I&'ve deliberately created questions that could stimulate interesting discussion and give a variety of right answers- like Salt is bad for you. Correction- TOO MUCH salt is bad for you but you need some. Also Tuna is good for you but beware mercury levels. And juice is not as healthy as fresh fruit because of fibre etc etc.
