This is a very poor resource, the first few questions are fine but the written ones assess English more than anything and the amount of teacher input and feedback is down right silly for the start of year. I am also not sure why using a football example is useful? What is the benefit of feedback for a baseline? Also Anno Domini doesn't mean After Christ, it means "In the Year of the Lord" - bit of a shocker considering the context. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS
This is a great resource, which gives a good indication of general History skills. I like the fact that it is not too specific and so will allow wide use.
