This is a brilliant workbooklet that would also suit KS4 AQA Food preparation and nutrition. This work book is 18 pages long, contains food investigations, practicals, work on caramelisation, coagulation, proteins, GCSE exam style questions and multiple choice questions. There is also a 54 slide power point avalaible to match up with the booklet pages. This was designed for KS3 but is also ideal for KS4. This should last approx 12 lessons.
