A question and answer worksheet based around BBC documentary Earth’s Great Rivers, episode 3, Yukon River. A helpful teacher sheet with answers and timings is included. There are some follow on tasks include describe and explain questions and a mapping task. Could be used to support learning around river ecosystems, river basin animal habitats and adaptations. Good examples of low impact human use of a river. Can be used as a full lesson or used as a stand-alone homework.
