Veterans Day POP-UP Craftivity

POP-UP Veterans Day Craft / Memorial Day Craft with Writing Activity This is a great craft for students to complete for Veterans Day (and I included templates for Memorial Day!) So, two activities in one! This craft has two main components: - A base (made out of one piece of paper, 8 1/2 x 14) I have provided two base templates - Memorial Day and Veterans Day - POP-UPs - 9 options to choose from, including male and female representation, graphics for Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force. On the back of each POP-UP is a simple writing activity. Includes step-by-step instructions, graphics and templates needed to create this POP-UP Memorial Day or Veterans Day Craft. Requires: Paper (I used regular photocopy paper but light cardstock is recommended), glue, coloring pencils and scissors. The POP-UP Craft folds flat for students to easily transport home or expands so that it can be displayed in the classroom. Always make sure you download and save the project before printing! Sometimes customers just right click on the preview of a download and things don't print properly! Print on 8 1/2 x 14" paper. I am going to upload this craft also to Memorial Day ... but don't purchase that one as it is the same as the Veterans Day craft. Remember, two crafts in one! Don't forget to print on 8 1/2 x 14 (legal size) paper.

POP-UP Remembrance Day Craftivity for Canadians This is a great craft for students to complete for Remembrance Day in Canada - some of the templates mention Canada, Flanders Fields, etc. This craft has two main components: - A base (made out of one piece of paper, 8 1/2 x 14) There are 2 base templates to choose from. - POP-UPs - 9 options to choose from, including male and female representation, graphics for Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force. On the back of each POP-UP is a simple writing activity. (Note: some of the graphics may not exactly represent Canadian uniforms so take a good look at the preview copy to make sure you are ok with the uniforms!) Includes step-by-step instructions, graphics and templates needed to create this POP-UP Remembrance Day craftivity.. Note: A slightly different version of this craft is listed under Memorial Day and Veterans Day ... so don't buy those as they are quite similar to this version ... but they do not have the Canadian references.

First Communion Banner

A great craftivity for your students to complete as a lasting memory of their First Communion. The craft is made with 3 squares: My - containing graphics for boys and for girls (4 to choose from) First - containing religious graphics - bible, candle, dove, church, etc. (6 options to choose from) Communion - containing a chalice and host (1 option) I have included step-by-step directions and visuals to help you create these banners. I have also provided a template for students to write about their First Communion and then glue to the back of the banner. All students require are scissors, coloring pencils and glue. You need to have ribbon for each student and a hoop to hang the banner. I buy bracelets at the dollar store. They come 4 or more in a pack for $1. And, they are large enough to fit around most door knobs so the students can hang their banner on their bedroom door. I use 1 1/2" ribbon, approximately 24" long. You do need to cut 6 squares (4 x 4) ahead of time for students. This should be heavy cardstock. Or, bring the heavy cardstock to class and have your students cut those squares. All other templates are included in the package, all you have to do is photocopy.

This is a great Thanksgiving Craft. Included is a template that the students will color, cut and then glue together! It’s a great Thanksgiving keepsake. Or, you can have the students make the craft ahead of time and use them to decorate the classroom. It has pictures of pilgrims, the Mayflower, native Americans. Made from regular photocopy paper (8 1/2 x 14), all students require are coloring pencils, scissors and glue (glue sticks recommended). Includes two versions of this craft - a smaller and a larger version. Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!

Christmas Crafts - Santa & Mrs. Santa coneheads, Reindeer, Elf and 2 cards

These are great Christmas Crafts! Includes step-by-step instructions and templates needed to create an Elf, a Reindeer and two conehead crafts - Santa and Mrs. Santa. They are all 3D and each is made from just one piece of paper. Have also included 2 Christmas cards. Requires: Paper (light cardstock would be extra special), coloring pencils, glue and scissors. I would also recommend googly eyes for Rudolph and small pom-poms for Rudolph's nose and for the tip of the Elf hat. These can be purchased in bulk from most dollar stores and really make Rudolph and the Elf look good! Enjoy and Merry Christmas.
