My practical and creative resources are designed to help children access mindfulness and improve wellbeing. Setting children up for a successful present and future. Over the past 20+ years I have taught in 5 different countries, within the IB and British National Curriculum. My experience comes from personal growth along with a range of courses: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction); ‘Mindfulness Matter’; ‘PawsB’; certificate in positive psychology.

It can be used for display purposes, as well as a teaching aid, to assist students in finding resolutions. The appendix is designed to support the poster by providing a worksheet style activity. This resource is a sample that is best used in conjunction with the other seven posters, in the full resource.
