My practical and creative resources are designed to help children access mindfulness and improve wellbeing. Setting children up for a successful present and future. Over the past 20+ years I have taught in 5 different countries, within the IB and British National Curriculum. My experience comes from personal growth along with a range of courses: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction); ‘Mindfulness Matter’; ‘PawsB’; certificate in positive psychology.

These three pdf resources, for primary students, use real stories as a springboard into lessons about kindness, friendship and judgement. Wellbeing activities and Mindful moments are included to help you deliver practical lessons. Choose from the ideas I have described, or use them all, and adapt where necessary to your class. Additionally, include other stories that highlight the same theme, to enrich your teaching. You will not find a set of photocopiable sheets within this resource; instead, use the activities I have designed with regular classroom resources.

When something becomes routine it means that we can do it without thinking so much about it. That also means we stop noticing things around us because they don’t seem new anymore.
