Students look at how to compare different extracts and then annotate their copies. Focuses on comparing how writers' perspectives of war are presented using A Soldier's Declaration and Guns in the Distance. Also explores the different experiences of prison using Henry Mayhew visits a prison and Alex Cavendish goes back to prison.
