It contains five 'categories'; Movement, muscles, components of fitness, SMSC, skeletal and training methods. I have also put a little diagram of how we have put ours together. Student friendly 'goals' to aim for when participating in athletics. I personally had a points system in which a student would receive 6 points for a gold, 4 for a silver and 2 for a bronze. They also recieved points for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
