Fantastic assembly which students found inspirational. I made this my own from taking lots of ideas from other sources and presenting to the students as an assembly. The assembly discusses the life of Dynamo and how he started from nothing and worked his to where he is now. In fact, students don’t realise it is about Dynamo until near the end of the presentation! Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 Athletics Schemes of Work with Curriculum Overview Sheets and QR Codes, including: Year 7 Athletics SOW (runs, jumps and throws) and Overview sheet (runs and jumps only, as throws were completed on a rota basis amongst the staff). The curriculum Overview sheets were made by myself, for my PE staff to allow for consistency in teaching and learning. They were also displayed in changing rooms and PE offices to ensure students were aware of what skills were going to be taught. Great for Ofsted too!
