By focusing on real-world objects and using the MRS GREN criteria (Movement, Respiration, Sensitivity, Growth, Reproduction, Excretion, Nutrition), students work in groups or individually to classify objects and discuss their findings. What’s Included? A series of worksheets centered around a variety of objects. Guidance for teachers on how to use the resource and facilitate discussions. Flexibility for teachers to choose objects based on availability and educational goals. Designed to promote group collaboration and individual thinking, this resource provides an interactive approach to learning. A presentation for KS4 and Post-16 Science pupils in careers in the scientific field. Includes careers at different entry levels with information on the role, starting salary and skills and qualities. This was used as part of a wider project on careers in science and served as a opportunity to discuss reasonably well know careers, pathways into them and pathways through them.
