El diálogo interno positivo no se enseña, se practica! Este recurso es perfecto para presentar a los niños diversas situaciones y animarles a pensar e identificar las distintas maneras en que pueden hablarse a sí mismos.
Cada diapositiva presenta un escenario escolar habitual. Estos escenarios ayudarán a los niños a abrir sus mentes a formas alternativas de pensar y a dirigirse a una persona muy importante en sus vidas: ellos mismos.
Te sorprenderá descubrir cuánta diálogo interno negativo se produce a una edad tan temprana (¡incluida la vergüenza corporal!).

Una mochila es una representación simbólica de los pensamientos que llevamos dentro. Es esencial inspirar a los estudiantes para que cultiven una mentalidad resiliente que incluya objetivos claros y un auténtico entusiasmo por aprender.
El objetivo de esta actividad es reforzar y fomentar una mentalidad de crecimiento entre los estudiantes, proporcionándoles algo valiosísimo que puedan conservar toda la vida. Los estudiantes identificarán sus cualidades personales y reconocerán frases fortalecedoras que pueden interiorizar al adoptar una mentalidad de crecimiento.

La puedes utilizar todo el año, solo necesitas enviar una copia a cada estudiante, luego ellos tendrán que arrastrar un símbolo para completar la gráfica. Finalmente los niños analizan sus sentimientos y los pueden explicar. Esto les ayudará mucho a ser consientes de sus emociones y evitar sentimientos de ira y frustración.
