Football Booklet

Football Booklet

(5)
Booklet to develop a holistic learning approach within football. I find the pupils need to develop more of their tactics and knowledge of the game, rather than traditional heavy skill based lessons. By printing this out and binding it my pupils have taken real self-pride in their teams of 5 (same teams each week, games are part of a big fantasy football league)

GCSE PE 9-1 Grade Tracker

This excel document that enables you to add marks for each component of the course, it then works out the grade that the student is on. It allows you to input their target grade and see how many marks you are away from it and how many marks they are away from the aspirational grade. It allows you to look up individual students and print a break down of their grades to highlight areas for intervention. The document also has a grade break down for each individual mark that I have found very useful for Mock Exams. Finally, the document has QR code links to a revision website (free of charge) and a revision youtube channel. Any questions please feel free to email or tweet me @Damian_PE10 damianedwards10@gmail.com Damian

GCSE 6 Mark Question Booklet with Flipped Feedback (Flip Learning Style)

I tried to think of a way in which my students could get feedback at home. They have worked well with QR codes and the flipped learning approach, I, therefore, decied to make a flipped feedback approach. Students work through the booklet, it gives them the question, a space to plan, a space to answer and then after they have answered they can scan the QR code at the bottom of their 6 mark answer to get a 'teacher talk through' of a 6 mark answer, they can then compare. My students have worked really well with this as it gives them to opportunity to get teacher feedback at home. I'm just getting used to Camtasia so the videos are no the best but the idea, I find works very well. Any questions just let me know. Damian @peprestonmanor

My First Assesment Point exam for the new GCSE PE (edxcel) I have created flipped learning feedback videos for every question, they talk through the "perfect" answer for the students. I use this as a method of individualised feedback post exam. I find the student respond better to this as they can work at their own pace. Exam covers content form the following areas: Lesson 1 (4.1) - Physical, Emotional & Social Health Lesson 2 (4.2) - Lifestyle Choices Lesson 3 - Consequences Of A Sedentary Lifestyle Lesson 4 - Balanced Diet & The Role Of Nutrients Any questions feel free to ask Damianedwards@kingsalbarsha.com
