The culmination of this series, students are given free reign to seperate out iron filings, salt, sand and pebbles, to increase the challenge you can add wood chippings and for super high ability vegetable oil. Usually the first dissection a student will get their hands on so its important to be concrete in your expectations here, its a good chance to flex those muscles and lay down the law.
