An editable end of term assembly with a focus on being grateful and thankful. Many more slides here than you see on the preview! The narrative follows three children and how their lives have changed due to circumstances beyond their control. It lasts about 15-20 minutes if clip is watched too. The assembly emphasises the value of education and how lucky the students are to live in a country with free access to school. It challenges them to think about others less fortunate throughout their break and to come back refreshed but also appreciating how lucky they are.
It has a couple of jokes thrown in and interesting facts too and ends on a happy note :)

This is a simple but thought-provoking board game to be played in pairs. Use a coin and move one place for tails and two for heads, that way more of the dilemmas will be discussed.
You will need to cut out the dilemma cards. For each card the player has to decide how they would act in a difficult friendship scenario. The first to reach the finish line has shown the qualities needed to be a genuinely good friend.
There is a full 1 hour lesson which accompanies this, the link is here:

British Values Assembly. Suitable for use with either KS2 or KS3, this fun, light-hearted assembly is perfect for introducing, or reinforcing your student’s knowledge of all five British values.
In this assembly, King Charles III presents British values and their importance to a less-than-interested student, Loudmouth Lewis, in an attempt to win him over.
The PowerPoint includes embedded clips, audio tracks, and surprise animations to keep your audience engaged. It is humorous, informative, and very engaging. The assembly lasts about up to 20 minutes if all the clips are watched. The PowerPoint is also fully editable with the exception of the background image. We advise watching the slideshow in full before showing it to your students, so you know how long to spend on each slide.
A fully-resourced lesson (or two 25 minute sessions) which serve as an introduction to Boris Johnson, who he is, his background, his plans for the UK and for Brexit. It’s a light-hearted non-biased look at his career so far. Suitable for KS3 or KS4.
The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, detailed information sheets, differentiated clips tasks with questions and exit tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.
