A new, 2024 lesson, all about our online privacy and protecting our data. Students will explore the concept of privacy and why it is an important Human Right. They will then investigate how they are unknowingly giving away their personal data online, whilst browsers and social media sites and stores can take this legitimately. Students will then discover how malicious actors can steal data easily and use it for nefarious purposes, whilst learning the best way to protect themselves, their data and their personal privacy. 1 hour, fully resourced RE lesson all about Protestantism and its denominations. The lesson investigates what Protestantism is and how it has split over hundreds of years into many denominations. Students conduct a detailed investigation into four denominations - Lutheranism, Anglicanism, Methodists and Baptists. They then compare and contrast these before completing a mini essay at the end. This is great practice for GCSE RE skills and is perfect as a KS3 Christianity lesson or KS4 non-GCSE lesson.
