Fake News - KS2. An hour-long, detailed, fully resourced PSHCE lesson suitable for KS2 which allows students to explore the how we can spot fake news and be discerning consumers of information. Students will discover the extent to which fake news has spread through modern media as well as investigating how social media can promote misinformation.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.

A 25 minute Tutor Time session all about maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. The session investigates the different food groups we need to be healthy and in what proportions, as well as why we can’t just take a vitamin pill to get the nutrients we need and why we are recommended to eat five portions of fruit and veg a day. The session contains three challenge learning outcomes, slides of easy to digest information, a clip task with differentiated questions, a quiz and final reflection task. The session is editable and been created to be perfect to just pick up and use. The slides in the previews are just a sample and not the whole session.

Up to 2 hours of content for 2022, fully-resourced PSHE / RSE lesson all about becoming a parent - and the many challenges this brings. The lesson investigates what it’s like to be a new mom or a new dad, the different parenting styles as well as some aspects of how to care for a newborn. The pack includes a 1-2 hour long PowerPoint, 3 page information pack, differentiated challenge activities, worksheets, clips and literacy focus tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow. It is an LGBT+ inclusive lesson which includes questions on same-sex parenting.

Love and Romance (falling in love and romantic feelings) PSHE / RSE lesson. Created in 2024 to cover both the DfE and PSHE Association’s current guidelines. Everything is editable. engaging and easy to follow, with a variety of activities, from scaffolded written tasks, clip tasks, creative tasks, active tasks, case study analysis and much more. Lesson plan included.
Students will investigate what it feels like to fall in love and have romantic feelings, what exactly is going on in the brain to cause us to feel this way, how it can present problems, make us act differently, and how to handle feelings appropriately. They will examine real life case studies from teenagers who have fallen in love, the problems this has caused them and how they have coped with hurt and rejection as well as happiness. This lesson is aimed at KS3.

Drop Down Day Pack - A set of 6 lessons to cover a Drop Down Day (6 hours) introducing Citizenship to KS3.
The Drop Down Day was put together for Year 7 originally, but all the resources are editable and well-differentiated so it could be used with any year group KS4 / KS3 with a tweak or so.
The Drop Down Day covers an introduction to Citizenship, rights + responsibilities, Human Rights and focusing on how we can be active and positive citizens both in the UK and for the rest of the world.

A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 2 hour PSHE lesson which allows students to explore BMI, obesity, food pyramids and more. Students will investigate the global obesity epidemic and analyse why so many of us in the UK struggle to eat healthily and maintain a healthy weight. Students will create their own personalised healthy eating chart using the food groups and recommended portions.
This lesson best is created for KS4/5 but could easily be tweaked for KS3.
This lesson is editable, so easy to adapt for your own planning.

This detailed 21 page PSHE / RSE workbook has been created for the new PSHE / RSE and Health 2020/24 Statutory Guidance and focuses on online safety including online predators and protecting ourselves including our data and personal information online. It contains all of the information needed to learn about the topic in the first few pages, then the rest of the booklet is full of activities to complete.
The booklet is differentiated and great for recording progress in PSHE. It’s easy to print and editable (as it comes in a portrait-version ready to print PowerPoint as well as a PDF version) - so you can always amend it for your students. This could be left as cover (as appropriate to the class and cover teacher) as there’s nothing explicit on the relationships side of things and all of the terminology is carefully explained. No internet access needed.

Kindness KS1 PSHE lesson.
A one-hour long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS1. This lesson has been created for Year 2, however, the activities are fully editable and could easily be adapted for both younger (Year 1) or older students (Year 3).

Age ratings and age-appropriate content KS2 PSHE Lesson. A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS2. This lesson has been created for Year 3, however, the resource is suitable for use across KS2. In this lesson, the students will explore age restrictions relating to film, videogames and social media and the laws that underpin them. We will look at the reasons why we have age restrictions and discuss how viewing inappropriate content can be harmful.
The students will apply their knowledge to a set of case files and reflect on whether the examples would be suitable for their age group. A fully-resourced lesson which serves as an introduction to social justice. Students will explore the concept of social justice, its link to human rights and why it’s needed, before examining recent campaigns and the progress being made by the social justice movement. They will also explore objections to what some call ‘social justice warriors’ and whether social justice is backed up by religious ideas, by analysing quotes - the lesson has been created for RE, but would be useful as a Citizenship / interesting Drop Down Day session too.
A number of religions and religious quotes will be examined throughout the lesson, with the most detailed focus on Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Suitable for KS3 / KS4 and editable, so easy to adapt.
