In this lesson, the students will discuss the qualities that people often look for in a good friend. A lesson all about whether a tolerant society has to tolerate some intolerant views (in order to be truly tolerant). Students will examine the both sides of the argument in detail before coming to their own conclusions. This lesson is best suited to KS4 / KS5.

A one-hour lesson suitable for KS2 (or a low ability Year 7 group), all about the meaning of body image and what makes some people have a negative or positive body image. It is well differentiated with three-level challenges for each task, contains a variety of activities, an hour long PowerPoint, a clip with questions, new key-term introductions, reading aloud materials and creative tasks.

**The importance of sleep KS1 PSHE lesson. **
A one-two hour long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for KS1. This lesson has been created for Year 2, however, some of the activities may also suit younger KS1 students (Year 1) or lower ability students in KS2 (Year 3).
In this lesson, the students will learn about the importance of sleep, and the health consequences of failing to get enough. The students will learn what happens to our bodies while we sleep, as well as learning some simple measures that can help us to fall asleep (bedtime routines) .

90 min - 2 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 all about the role of male and female genitalia in the different stages of sexual reproduction. The lesson introduces students to the correct biological names for genitalia and carefully explains how human reproduction works in simple terms (as this is a PSHE lesson rather than a science lesson). All content has been written to cover the new 2020 PSHE Association Guidelines.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.

Being Health - Diet (Lesson 1 of 2) - See Lesson 2 (Exercise) here
This fully-resourced, hour long PSHE lesson is all about eating a healthy, nutritious diet and living a healthy lifestyle. It is best suited to upper KS2 (Year 6) but could be used with younger or older year groups including lower KS3. Created for the new PSHE 2020 Statutory Guidelines and as part of the EC Publishing Complete KS2 PSHE Package.
This lesson is editable, so easy to adapt for your own planning.
It is engaging, challenging and scaffolded, with a variety of activities including a brand new video created in-house. The lesson includes an hour long PowerPoint, a video clip with questions, a ‘design a healthy meal’ main task, as well as clear measurable learning outcomes, new key-term introductions, and a restaurant-themed plenary task.
It is fully editable, engaging and very easy to follow. Please note this is an updated version of one of our previous primary lessons.
