2 HOUR lesson. A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated PSHE lesson all about how we can maintain positive emotional wellbeing throughout life. Students will investigate why so many young adults suffer from mental health conditions, the different factors in life that can affect this and practical ways we can help ourselves maintain good mental health. This lesson has been created to fit new 2020 PSHE Association guidance for Health and Wellbeing.
This lesson is best suited to KS4/5.

Who are EC Publishing?

A fully-resourced PSHE / RSE lesson all about what constitutes coercive and controlling relationships in comparison to a healthy one, the red flags, how the abuse can happen without victims realising, what to do if you are affected by them and how to get help. This has been created for the new PSHE Association RSE guidelines for 2020-24. The lesson has enough material to last between 60-90 minutes.

A 20 page activity pack for Tutor Time that can be given to students to get on with independently. This is great for when you have a bit of form admin to do and you just need your tutor group to get on with productive tasks quietly for a while.
Each task should last 25- 30 minutes and there are 20 pages of tasks.

A 25 minute Tutor Time session created especially for LGBT+ Month (Feb 2019). This is the fourth of six sessions to be used throughout LGBT+ month, each focusing on and exploring the culture and history of a different aspect of the LGBTQAI community, from Lesbians (L) to Intersex (I).
