Updated to include ‘upskirting’. 1 hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson which investigates Revenge Porn - what we can do to prevent it, how to report it and the legal consequences. The lesson includes an hour long PowerPoint with accompanying worksheets, well differentiated activities, literacy focus tasks, clip tasks with three-way differentiated questions and information sheets.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is useful for PSHE / Internet Safety / ICT / Citizenship or Tutor Time. A detailed and engaging lesson all about how Christianity ended up splitting into the many denominations it boasts today. The lesson sees students first explore the origins of Christianity and how Rome eventually brought the religion to the mainstream, then they will study the tree of denominations before getting stuck into group tasks which actively show how groups can split off from each other due to having different interpretations of scripture and the influence of leaders. They will then complete reflection tasks before a writing task summarising what they have learned as the plenary.
Pack includes : 1 hour PowerPoint, worksheets, clips, activities, differentiated fully KS3/4. The tasks are differentiated three ways throughout and everything is editable too.

All are well differentiated, last one or two hours and are editable too. There is enough here to cover at least one full term of RE, maybe three half terms. Two hours of lessons exploring the fantasy vs reality of porn. The pack investigates the impact on the brain and the dopamine system (causing addiction) and on wider society, as well as the real, unglamorous lives of porn stars.
The pack also investigates how people are using porn (images of their partners/ex-partners) as blackmail material or ‘revenge porn’ and students learn how they can prevent this ever happening to them, as well as the legality surrounding this.
