A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 1 hour lesson where students will examine case studies from a variety of religions which show how peaceful religions can produce violent sects. Students will explore to what extent religious leaders can be held responsible and what can be attributed to other factors. Students will complete a treasure hunt, table task, clip task and extended writing task - all three way differentiated.
